All rates include the 13% Florida Tourism Tax
- From 8/24 to 2/28:
- $700 a week
- $105 a day
- From 3/1 to 5/31:
- $800 a week
- $116 a day
- From 6/1 to 8/23:
- $875 a week
- $127 a day
Special Holiday Rates for Christmas, New Years, and
Easter:
From 12/16 to 1/5 &
3/24 to 4/12 $998 a week
$150 a day
A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for stays less than 5
days.
- Pool Heat is $100 per week or $20 per day and is
recommended -November to April.
